Seung Paik

Seung Paik is a retired colonel of the United States Air Force with 25 years of distinguished service. He’s led award-winning organizations at various levels, specializing in resource and financial management, and has served in operations across the globe from Korea, Japan, and Germany to deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan.

As a dedicated educator, Seung has taught micro & macroeconomics, law & economics, and developed a seminar on the economics of sports. He received his masters from Penn State University, and has been an instructor at both the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs and at the United States Air Force Academy where he was awarded the Outstanding Academy Educator.

While teaching at the Academy, Seung’s passion for leadership and economics came together in the creation of Leadernomics. He describes it as the “101 everyone wishes they had.” What was initially a memoir for the classroom launched into 20 years of public speaking, reaching audiences across government, the private sector, and academia. In sharing principles through personal, heartfelt stories, Seung shows that Econ, in fact, has a “conscience and soul.”

Both leadership and economics have always been human endeavors, and together, Leadernomics has universal appeal with the power to transform every person, leader, and organization from “what is” to “what should be.”

His goal: Supply the ever-growing demand for priceless leadership.
